Four days, suspended between music, art, and mountain air.
From 27–30 August 2026, Schwing und Stampf returns to Wolfenschiessen.
We’re looking toward next summer. And something is already moving.
A pull back to the valley that has held so many shared nights, quiet mornings, drifting thoughts, and half-remembered moments.
Between open meadows, forest edges, and distant peaks, we’ll gather once more.
For music. For art. For the moments where things blur.
2026 moves around a simple, open question: what is a dream?
Where does it begin. Where does it end.
And at what point does it start to feel real.
Across four days, the festival will unfold like a dream state —
familiar, but slightly displaced.
Clear in some moments, dissolving in others.
A place where time softens, perception shifts, and nights carry into mornings without sharp edges.

For the first time, the gates open on Thursday.
Four full days to arrive, to drift, to lose orientation.
To follow distant echoes across the fields.
To stay inside this world a little longer than usual.
The 2026 program will be revealed in chapters over the coming months.
International discoveries, close friends, emerging voices, and returning artists —
shaping the sound of late-summer days and long mountain nights.
But music is only one layer.
Next year, the space itself becomes more porous.
New crews will enter the landscape. New perspectives, new structures, new rhythms.
From small details to larger shifts, the festival will expand and reconfigure —
through redesigned stages, installations, workshops, intimate places, and playful interventions.
An environment made to wander, to pause, or to step into without knowing exactly where it leads.
Early ticket waves will be released at the end of February, in limited numbers.
For now, save the date.
Let it settle somewhere in the back of your mind.
Like something you’re not sure you dreamed — but can still feel.
Schwing und Stampf 2026 is on the horizon. <3 <3
