Schwing und StampfFestival 2026
This August, Schwing und Stampf returns for its fourth edition.
For the first time, the gates open on Thursday. Four days, three nights — a state somewhere between being awake and drifting.
2026 moves close to a dream. Not as an escape, but as a condition. Like that moment before falling asleep, when images loosen, time softens and logic briefly steps aside. A festival as a form of immersion: into other rhythms, into shifted spaces, into encounters that feel slightly unreal. Sometimes clear, sometimes blurred. Sometimes light, sometimes intense. A place where sounds are allowed to stretch, repetitions become hypnotic and small details quietly gain meaning. A dream doesn’t need to explain itself. It works because you are inside it.
As every year, Schwing und Stampf is rebuilt, rearranged, reopened. New spaces emerge, stages change their form, art, installations and performances appear where you might not expect them. The lineup becomes even more finely curated, the sounds further unfolded, the transitions more fluid.
Schwing und Stampf 2026 is not an update. It’s a new dream.
Another chapter in a project that refuses to stand still.

Everyone who pre-registers via the website will get access to a very limited pre-register ticket phase, offering tickets at a reduced price before the regular sale begins.
From the website launch onwards, the volunteer registration form will also be available.
